"If you’re planning a Colosseum tour in Rome, do yourself a favour and go with Yanira. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with her. Yanira has a wonderful way of bringing history to life — not just the big headline moments, but all the fascinating inside stories and details that make you see the Colosseum in a completely different way. It felt less like a lecture and more like walking through history with a very knowledgeable (and very fun) friend. "So when in Rome, you want to see the Colosseum and it is such a historical site, you want to go there with a guide to get the full picture. We booked Eleonora as our guide and she was excellent! Good communication started early so we knew where to go and when to meet her. She knew all the local tips to move around, which was great as it is  a really busy site! He had a wide knowledge of the site and pointed out things we would have missed if unaccompanied. She was able to answer all our questions too. Recommended you take a guide and recommended the guide be Eleonora!"

"My wife and I had a short time in Rome and Valeria was amazing. Aside from being very knowledgeable of her city she was able to cram a lot into our tour. Valeria is well traveled and has a wonderful amount of experience she brings as a guide. She knows all the fascinating hidden locations and she even took the time to purchase our tickets to the Pantheon ahead of time. She has the eye of a photographer which I really appreciated as well. We had a great time with her and hope we can meet up with her again in our future visits to Rome My only complaint has nothing to do with Valeria but with the WithLocals platform. The pricing for guides is based on how many people are in the group, the more people, the lower the price and vice versa. So for my wife and I it initially showed a price of approximately $150 per person but when we checked out the total was over $600! That is because as you adjust the amount of people down…. The price goes up. I think it is a deceptive way of listing pricing. Again this is no reflection of our guide Valeria…she was awesome!"
