"Our group of five had an amazing day with Raph in Kanazawa. He was accommodating to our needs… it snowed during our tour and we were not prepared being from San Diego. He was very flexible and was happy to adjust the tour according to what we wanted to see, and avoid areas we had already been to. He combined a good mix of information about Kanazawa and its history, current Japanese lifestyle and politics, showed us interesting areas and buildings, the market, Samurai house, Geisha district, and also popped into the occasional shop to tell us about local products.
