"Ren was a lifesaver! I contacted her just a month before our arrival, and she guided us through the planning process with so much patience, even though I wasn't sure what we could fit into our limited time. ​Our time together was wonderful. She handled everything—meeting us at the hotel and managing all the train tickets—and went the extra mile by bringing snacks and water. What impressed me most was her flexibility; she was happy to pivot our plans based on when my boys got tired or hungry. ​Lunch at a local spot she recommended was easily one of our best meals yet. She also acted as our personal photographer, sending us a collection of great photos at the end of the day. Ren is a fantastic guide, and I can’t recommend her enough!"

"What a fantastic tour we had with our guide Ryuki. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and smiled and laughed throughout the tour. He took us to some sensational spots that most tourists wouldn’t get to see, some really great shops that are not tourist traps and you could buy some genuine souvenirs that most would never see. "Eiji met us early and ready to tour Kyoto. He knew every area and how to get in and out even with the crowds. We could not believe jow lucky we were at the end of the day because without Eiji we would not have seen anywhere near the amount of amazing places and things we did get to experience. He took our pictures all along the tour and at the end of the day forwarded them along and so now er not only have the memories but this wonderful keepsake of our day in Kyoto.
